Michael Page HR are delighted to be partnering with a UK wide Education Charity with Head Office in the Coventry area to appoint for a Regional HR Business Partner to join a busy People team.
This role can offer hybrid working of circa 2-3 days on site per week.
This role is covering multiple sites around the UK so flexibility to travel will be required to suit business requirements
Description
Working as part of a busy and growing People team, the role of Regional HR Business Partner will deliver a full range of generalist HR services including supporting to embed the group HR strategy.
This will include but not limited to:
Provide strategic HR support and guidance to regional site leadership
Oversee a wide range of employee relations cases
Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
Support recruitment processes, including workforce planning and talent acquisition.
Advise managers on performance management and staff development strategies.
Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and improve processes.
Collaborate with other HR team members to deliver consistent and effective services.Profile
A successful Regional HR Business Partner should have:
A proven background in a similar HR Business Partner role
Ideally have working knowledge of a regulated setting with union presence
Ideally you will hold a CIPD qualification
You will be comfortable working in a multi-site role with regular UK wide travelJob Offer
