Job Title: Technical Administrator
NRL are proud to be partnering with Steel River Power, Steel River Power operates the high voltage electrical distribution on the Teesworks site in the UK, one of the largest private networks in the UK. Managing a large distribution network, our mission is to ensure uninterrupted and efficient energy delivery to customers.
Role Overview Support the delivery of engineering and construction projects by providing efficient administrative, documentation, and coordination support to technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organise project documentation, drawings, and records
Provide day-to-day administrative support to engineers and project teams
Attend meetings, take minutes, and manage action logs to ensure follow-up
Support document control processes, including version tracking and distribution
Update project systems, trackers, and reports in a timely manner
Coordinate meetings, site visits, and communication between teams and contractors
Assist in monitoring project progress and deadlines
Provide basic support for system and process queriesSkills & Experience
Strong administration and organisational skills
Experience in construction, engineering, or a technical environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communication and ability to chase actions
