Collaborate with other departments to streamline logistics processes.
Analyse transport data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the transport & distribution industry.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and clients.Profile
A successful Transport Manager should have:
Proven experience in a similar role supporting a busy retail client base
Comprehensive knowledge of logistics and transport regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to engage and drive a positive performance management culture
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in analysing data and implementing process improvements.
