Fortus Recruitment Group Limited are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the repairs & maintenance industry.

We are currently working with a number of established contractors and housing providers who are looking to recruit experienced Multi Traders.

This is a great opportunity to join well-established maintenance teams delivering essential repairs within residential properties.

Duties will include:

Carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair work across multiple trades
Works to include carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, plastering and decorating
Diagnosing faults and completing first-time fix repairs where possible
Responsive maintenance within occupied and void properties
Managing workloads effectively and completing works within required timeframes
Using mobile devices to receive, update and complete work orders
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements
What we are looking for:

Proven experience as a Multi Trader
Essential: Experience within Social Housing, MOD or similar residential environments
A strong all-round skillset across multiple trades
Relevant qualifications desirable (NVQ/City & Guilds)
Full UK driving licence
