Salary: £40,000 per annum

Are you an experienced leader in the care sector with a passion for making a difference? We are seeking a dedicated and driven Registered Manager to join our team and lead our domiciliary care services in Preston.

About Our Client:

We are working with a reputable, home care provider based in Preston, committed to delivering high-quality care solutions tailored to the needs of their clients.

Their focus is on empowering individuals to live independently in the comfort of their own homes while ensuring they receive the support they deserve.

What We Are Looking For:

* Experience: Someone with previous Registered Manager experience in domiciliary care, ideally running a branch with over 1,200 hours of care per week, and a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.

* Branch Development: A proven track record of building up a branch in terms of hours, as we aim to grow our operations and potentially expand to a second branch.

* Confidence and Independence: A confident individual who can work independently but recognizes when to seek support.

* Quality and Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality and compliance processes and CQC standards with an aim to achieve “Outstanding” in their next CQC visit, and they're looking for a Registered Manager to take ownership of this goal.

* Tech Savvy and Forward-Thinking: focused on improving our operations through better technology utilization, so familiarity with relevant tools is essential.

* Local Presence: As the role is office-based, they are looking for someone local to ensure visible leadership and engagement with their team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the delivery of person-centered care to our clients, ensuring all services meet regulatory standards.

* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of care staff, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.

* Manage budgets and resources efficiently to ensure the sustainability of services.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.

* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high standards of care.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service.

Support Structure:

As a Registered Manager, you will have support from an Assistant Manager and a Care Coordinator, as well as the directors, who are actively involved in the day-to-day running of the business.

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary of £40,000 per annum.

* Opportunities for professional development and career progression.

* Supportive work culture with a focus on employee well-being.

* Flexible working arrangements.

If you are ready to take on this rewarding role and make a positive impact in the lives of others, we want to hear from you
