General Construction Operative (Social Housing / Responsive Maintenance)
Location: Warrington / St Helens
Pay: £16.70 per hour (PAYE Umbrella)
Job Type: Temporary-to-Permenant

We are currently recruiting for a General Construction Operative to join a busy team working within social housing and responsive maintenance across the Warrington and St Helens areas.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on role supporting a range of maintenance and repair works, with a strong focus on roof labouring and general construction duties. You will be working on occupied and void properties, delivering high-quality service to tenants.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with all aspects of roof labouring
Carrying out general construction and maintenance tasks
Supporting trades on-site across responsive and planned works
Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standardRequirements

Valid CSCS Card
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience in social housing or maintenance work (preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and reliabilityWhat We Offer
