Lead a High-Performing Used Car Division
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially driven Divisional Sales Manager to oversee a busy multi-site used car operation across Norwich and Diss.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Sales Manager looking to take ownership of a large and varied stock operation, with responsibility for driving performance, profitability and customer experience across a fast-paced retail environment.
You will be joining a forward-thinking business that values strong leadership, operational excellence and a clear focus on results.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading and driving performance across a multi-site used car operation
* Managing stock control, vehicle preparation and pricing strategy
* Overseeing the full sales process from enquiry through to handover
* Managing and developing sales teams to achieve targets
* Driving Finance & Insurance penetration and additional product sales
* Monitoring performance through KPI analysis and reporting
* Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction across both sites
* Managing advertising performance including online vehicle listings
* Working closely with senior leadership to deliver divisional objectives
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or senior automotive leadership role
* Strong background in used vehicle operations is essential
* Confident knowledge of stock management, pricing strategy and sales process
* Experience driving Finance & Insurance performance
* Strong leadership, coaching and team development ability
* Commercially minded with a focus on results and profitability
* Full UK Driving Licence essential
