We’re looking for a detail-driven Quality Coordinator to join a growing manufacturing business in Plymouth.

This role would suit someone who enjoys a varied position combining quality, administration, documentation, coordination, and hands-on support within a production environment.

Whether your background is in quality control, manufacturing administration, dispatch, assembly, inspection, fulfilment, or production support — if you’re organised, proactive, and have a great eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Quality Coordinator

* Managing and maintaining quality documentation, records, and internal systems

* Supporting quality reporting and tracking key quality metrics

* Recording inspection results and updating technical documentation

* Assisting with product inspections, testing, and quality checks when required

* Supporting compliance with internal processes and manufacturing standards

* Helping identify improvements to processes and workflows

What would make you stand out as a Quality Coordinator:

We’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds including:

* Quality Control / QA

* Warehouse or Fulfilment Operations

* Dispatch & Logistics

* Technical or Production Support

As a Quality Coordinator you’ll likely:

* Have experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing, engineering, warehouse, or production environment

* Be comfortable balancing admin-based tasks with occasional hands-on quality support

* Be a strong team player who can adapt quickly

Experience within a quality or manufacturing environment would be beneficial, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are just as important.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in the full operational process — not just sitting behind a desk all day.
