Location: Doncaster
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: MPS (up to M6)
Right Education is working in partnership with a well-established specialist provision in Doncaster to recruit two Class Teachers for permanent positions starting in September.
This is an opportunity to join a highly supportive SEND setting catering for children and young people aged 3–19 with a range of complex learning needs, including severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties.
We are looking for enthusiastic and child-centred teachers who are passionate about making a difference and helping pupils achieve their full potential through personalised learning.
The Role
* Lead a class of pupils with complex special educational needs
* Deliver engaging, personalised learning programmes tailored to individual needs
* Work closely with support staff, therapists and families to achieve the best outcomes for pupils
* Manage and support a team of classroom support staff
* Promote pupil wellbeing, independence and preparation for adulthood
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative school culture
We Are Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* A commitment to inclusive education and pupil-centred learning
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A positive, flexible and proactive approach
* Experience within SEND is desirable but not essential
* Applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcomed
