Assess need for advanced modules (e.g. troubleshooting capability)

5. Spare Parts Planning

Review initial safety stock proposals

Develop phased supply plans aligned to MRO ramp-up

Optimise inventory against forecast consumption

6. Repair Flow & Industrialisation

Define repair scope and end-to-end operational flow

Ensure customer access aligns with authorised capability scope

Support development of work instructions and logbook structures

8. Test Rig Integration

Clarify responsibilities (with OEM ownership retained for test rigs)

9. Technical Support Model

Define long-term support strategy, including:

* Monthly support allocation

* Scope of services

Assess need for on-site support and deployment durations

Candidate Profile for the Project Lead

Proven experience in aerospace MRO, manufacturing, or complex engineering environments

Strong project leadership experience, ideally within aerospace or industrialisation programmes
