Are you a flexible and motivated individual with assembly experience or a background working with small, intricate components?
We have an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals with fine motor skills and strong attention to detail who are looking to work within a hands-on assembly environment as Assembly Operatives. The role would be ideal for a candidate who enjoys working with very small components and has experience within a fine precision production environment such as embroidery, microscope-based manufacturing, SMT or miniature model assembly.

Job Type: Full-time, ongoing temporary work
Working Hours: Day shifts
Salary: £12.80 per hour
Location: Hastings
Key Responsibilities
Assemble fine components and parts accurately to meet production targets
Carry out detailed, hands-on assembly work
Ensure finished products meet quality standards
Maintain a clean and organised workstation
Support wider production and assembly teams where required
Skills, Experience & Training Requirements Essential
Good dexterity and fine motor skills
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Reliable, punctual and able to commit to full time hours
Comfortable carrying out repetitive assembly tasks
Willingness to move between departments as needed
Experience working with small components desirable
Our Ideal Candidate
Is steady handed and methodical in their approach
Is comfortable working with magnifying glasses
Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Can follow instructions and processes carefully
Enjoys working within a production or assembly environment
