Quantity Surveyor (Consultancy)

I’m currently working on a Quantity Surveyor opportunity based in Birmingham.

The role is with a well-established built environment consultancy that is open to speaking with candidates at different levels, particularly those actively working towards their APC or just chartered.

Key responsibilities include:

* Pre and post contract QS duties

* Cost planning and tendering

* Managing project costs and valuations

* Client and contractor liaison

* Supporting project delivery across a range of sectors

They’re looking for someone with:

* Consultancy experience

* A relevant degree

* Experience with JCT contracts

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* MRICS or APC ambition would be beneficial
