Warehouse Operative / Container Loader – Stanford-le-Hope
We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Container Loaders to join a busy distribution operation based in Stanford-le-Hope.
This is a long-term, consistent role with the opportunity to secure a full-time contract after 13 weeks, subject to performance and attendance.
Shift Patterns:
You may be required to work a combination of the following shifts, or one set depending on operational requirements:
Monday to Friday
*
18:00 – 22:00
*
23:00 – 03:00
Tuesday to Saturday
*
04:00 – 08:00
Flexibility across shifts is preferred.
Pay Rate:
*
£12.71 per hour
*
Weekly pay (one week in arrears)
Duties & Responsibilities:
*
Loading and unloading containers
*
Handling items up to 35kg
*
Organising parcels onto conveyor belts
*
Working within one department for the duration of your shift
*
Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
Candidate Requirements:
*
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
*
Reliable and punctual
*
Able to work early mornings, evenings and nights as required
*
Previous warehouse or container loading experience beneficial but not essential
