Pinnacle Recruiment are currently looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors to work in Snodland on a permanent basis.
This would be working for a leading contractor in the UK water and civil engineering sectors.
Salary - £60,000 - £70,000 + pkg
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial ownership of projects from tender handover through to final account. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, champions cost awareness, and ensures strong financial outcomes.
You will be delivering specialist expertise in non-infrastructure works across treatment and pumping facilities. Our client focusses on what matters most within the boundary of treatment sites; power, process, control and civil structures that keep critical assets performing at their best
Requirements
* Strong experience managing the full commercial lifecycle of construction or engineering projects
* Excellent analytical, financial, and reporting skills
* Confident communicator able to lead commercial discussions and influence project teams
* Proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks, drive cost awareness, and implement solutions
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Collaborative approach, working effectively with operations, finance, procurement, and site teams
* Commitment to best practice, continuous improvement, and high‑quality commercial delivery
