Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Wellingborough
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Shift Pattern: Days
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment based in Wellingborough. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business offering long-term stability, training and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site machinery
Responding to electrical breakdowns and fault finding efficiently
Working on a range of production and automated equipment
Supporting continuous improvement projects to reduce downtime
Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety procedures
Assisting with mechanical maintenance when required
Requirements:
Apprentice trained or qualified Electrical Engineer
NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Previous experience within manufacturing, FMCG, packaging or industrial environments
Strong electrical fault-finding abilities
Experience with motors, sensors, conveyors, inverters, PLCs or automation equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
