Our client is looking for an Analytical Development Scientist to join their growing team
Responsibilities:
- Support development and validation of analytical procedures
- To prepare and approve results for tests
- Perform routine and non-routine analysis using analytical techniques
- Support in method development
- Train junior colleagues and/or client employees in analytical techniques and electronic system
- Initiate and follow-up OOS results
- Implement continuous improvement
- Document data as dictated by current client policies and procedures
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate and conforms to the quality standards
- Participate in the preparation of reports
Requirements:
- BSc or equivalent in Chemistry or a related discipline
- Experience of working within a developmental lab and conducting pharmaceutical analysis
- Experience in analytical techniques as well as modern instrumental equipment (HPLC, Karl Fischer, Dissolution, Mass Spectroscopy and other Spectroscopic techniques)
- Ability to interpret data
- Troubleshooting of instruments and methods
- Experience of working within a GMP environment
- Able to develop relationships with colleagues
- Able to communicate data to clients
