Location: London, United Kingdom (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing shipping documents, tracking shipments, and supporting import operations. This role involves problem-solving, data reporting, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities

* Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents for accuracy.

* Problem-solve and design solutions for the logistics network.

* Track inbound shipments and help resolve shipment delays or documentation issues.

* Assist with data reporting, shipment visibility, and operational metrics.

* Escalate delays, discrepancies, or compliance concerns as needed.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives within import operations in the EU/UK.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation, Supply Chain, or an Operations discipline.

Experience: Background in EU/UK Import work or a related focus in higher education.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in creating and managing models using SQL and Microsoft Excel. Strong mathematical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Analyst work background or a related focus in higher education.

* Conceptual understanding of systems and configuration management
