Architectural Technologist job in Gloucester working on defence and commercial developments across the UK. This role suits an experienced technologist with strong Revit and technical delivery skills looking to contribute across all RIBA stages within a collaborative architectural team. Role & Responsibilities
* Produce technical drawing packages using Revit
* Support projects across all RIBA stages
* Coordinate with consultants and contractors
* Prepare specifications and construction information
* Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and CDM
* Attend project and coordination meetings
* Support technical delivery during construction stages
* Contribute practical technical design solutions
* Work across defence and commercial schemes
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum two years within architectural practice
* Strong Revit and technical drawing capability
* Experience producing technical information packages
* Knowledge of UK Building Regulations
* Understanding of Building Safety Act and CDM
* Commercial or defence sector experience preferred
* CIAT accreditation or working towards accreditation
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Organised approach to technical project delivery
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
