We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor on behalf of our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved car dealership based in Swindon.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled automotive professionals seeking a rewarding career within a dynamic and growing company.

Receiving, checking, and accurately storing incoming stock daily
Picking, packing, and dispatching parts and accessories promptly and accurately
Ordering parts and accessories in accordance with dealership procedures under the guidance of the Parts Manager
Maintaining comprehensive records and filing systems for departmental accuracy
Ensuring compliance with company policies and dealership standards
Providing excellent customer service by responding professionally and efficiently to customer enquiries
Assisting colleagues within the parts department and contributing to team goalsRequirements of a Parts Advisor:
Previous automotive parts experience is preferred but not essential, as strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail are vital
Experience working in vehicle stores, warehousing, or similar roles is advantageous
A proactive, target-driven attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to respond professionally and efficiently to customer needs
Self-motivated with a desire to develop within the automotive industryThis role offers a great platform for career progression within a well-established automotive group operating since 1999.
