We are now looking for an ambitious and driven Managing Consultant to join our growing team in Southampton. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys leading, motivating and developing high-performing teams.

As Managing Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth, managing client relationships, supporting team performance and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions. Reporting directly to the Director, you will act as a crucial link between leadership and consultants while leading by example in both sales and service delivery.
