The Logistics Engineer is responsible for planning and coordinating logistics activities for solar projects, ensuring timely delivery, storage, tracking, and distribution of materials and equipment to support construction operations and subcontractor activities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate transportation and delivery of solar equipment and materials.
Monitor inventory, material tracking, and delivery schedules.
Support warehouse and site logistics operations.
Coordinate material and equipment handover to subcontractors with proper documentation.
Follow up with subcontractors regarding issued materials and equipment usage.
Coordinate with procurement, construction, warehouse, and subcontractor teams.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare logistics and inventory reports.
Candidates must have previous experience in a similar Logistics position in Ireland. 5 days a week onsite, based just outside Tipperary (north).
