Van Mobile Mechanical HVAC Maintenance Engineer – London & Surrounding Areas
📍 Coverage: London & Home Counties
💷 Salary: Up to £50,000 + Overtime
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Are you an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with strong AC knowledge looking for your next opportunity? Join a leading Facilities Maintenance provider and become part of a highly respected team delivering maintenance services across commercial properties in London and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established building services company, maintaining high-profile commercial office buildings and mixed-use developments.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and HVAC systems.
Service, maintain, and fault-find on air conditioning systems including split units, VRVs/VRFs, and AHUs.
Perform mechanical maintenance duties including pumps, motors, pipework, valves, and basic plumbing repairs.
Complete routine inspections and ensure all plant equipment operates efficiently.
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in a timely and professional manner.
Update service records and job reports using PDA/mobile maintenance systems.
Liaise with subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures at all times.✅ Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in mechanical building services maintenance.
Strong working knowledge of air conditioning systems and HVAC maintenance.
F-Gas qualification desirable.
Experience working within commercial buildings and facilities maintenance environments.
Full UK driving licence.
Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
