Daytime Homecare are seeking experienced, compassionate, and reliable Support Workers / Carers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals in their own homes.
This is a rewarding opportunity for caring professionals who are passionate about improving quality of life and supporting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the individual to engage in meaningful and varied activities to promote wellbeing and prevent boredom.
* Provide full assistance with daily living tasks and safe positioning.
* Deliver personal care with dignity, compassion, and respect.
* Support safe transfers, correct posture, and safe feeding practices.
* Monitor wellbeing and communicate effectively with family members and the wider care team.
* Promote a safe, calm, and supportive environment at all times.
Requirements
* Minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Support Worker, Carer, or Healthcare Assistant.
* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
* Strong observation and communication skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support.
