Our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealership in Cardiff, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead their sales team towards achieving and exceeding set targets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven sales management professional looking to develop their career within a well-established dealership group across South West England and South Wales.

Competitive basic salary of £40,000 per annum with an uncapped earning potential exceeding £60,000 based on performance

Long-term career development opportunities within a prominent dealership groupDuties as a Used Car Sales Manager:
Leading, motivating, and developing a team of 4 Used Car Sales Executives and a Business Manager to meet and surpass sales targets
Formulating and implementing sales strategies in collaboration with senior management to maximise profitability from vehicle sales, finance, insurance, and accessories
Driving customer satisfaction and retention through delivering excellent service, a core focus of the Used Car Sales Manager position
Overseeing stock control and forecourt operations to ensure vehicle presentation and availability are optimal
Analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjusting team efforts accordingly
Ensuring compliance with all company policies and industry regulations as part of the Used Car Sales Manager responsibilitiesRequirements:
Proven management experience within a franchise-approved car dealership, ideally within a busy brand environment
A strong background in used car sales management with a successful record of meeting or exceeding targets
Extensive understanding of F&I processes and vehicle finance solutions
Experience leading medium to large-sized dealership teams
Excellent leadership skills, capable of leading by example
Full UK driving licence with minimal points
