Multi Trade Operative

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a busy repairs and maintenance team covering domestic properties across Blackburn and Burnley. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable, full-time work within the real estate and housing sector.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance within domestic properties
Complete general DIY and refurbishment works
Attend tenanted and void properties across Blackburn and Burnley
Deliver work in line with health and safety standards
Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Provide excellent customer service while working within occupied homes
Requirements

NVQ Level 2 in a core trade
Previous experience in domestic property repairs and maintenance
Ability to carry out general multi-trade works
Full UK Driving Licence
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Salary & Benefits

£18.20 per hour LTD
Temp to Perm opportunity
37 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Overtime available
Sociable working hours
Holiday allowance
