In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in managing a varied property portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of all properties under your care.

Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of assigned properties
* Act as primary contact for landlords and tenants, handling queries swiftly and professionally
* Deal with property maintenance and repair requests
* Deal with tenant complaints and issues
* Carry out property inspections and ensure compliance with current UK lettings legislation.
* Ensures that the property is legally compliant
* Handle evictions and process move-outs
* Maintain accurate records using property management software
Skills
* Good customer service
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills, problem-solving and multitasking
* Knowledge of legislations for property management
* Experience with VECO, but not essential
