Software Developer / High Wycombe / Hybrid / Mainly Remote / £30,000 to £45,000 P.A D.O.E.

RedTitan is one of the UK’s longest-running IT companies. We specialise in delivering cutting-edge digital document and printing solutions to major global enterprises. Despite our international reach, we proudly maintain a tight-knit, small-company culture. Here, you aren’t just a cog in a machine—every single team member plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business.

We are seeking bright, enthusiastic Software Developers to join our growing team. Your current programming language or tech stack matters much less to us than your eagerness to learn, problem-solve, and tackle new challenges. We offer flexible working hours and empower our team to take charge of their own career paths. If you are excited to grow and adapt, we want to hear from you—even if you don't tick every single box below.

Requirements of the Software Developer Role:

Maintaining and improving our core, established desktop applications.
Designing, innovating, and shaping the next generation of our product suite.
You will primarily work with C# and Delphi to write and maintain high-quality code.
Skills and Experience:

Proven experience creating and developing desktop applications.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience debugging low-level problems.
Experience with OOP languages (e.g., C++ or Delphi).
Experience with procedural languages (e.g., C or Pascal).
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly SVN.
Experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly UIs is a massive plus.
Benefits & Perks

A competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
Flexible Working. While this is a remote-first role, with flexible schedule/core working hours, our UK-based team meets in person at our High Wycombe office a few times a month to collaborate, plan, design, and review company goals.
20 days annual leave + standard UK Bank Holidays.
Company pension scheme.
Genuine opportunities to influence and control your own career direction.
