Are you calm, resilient and passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning?

We are recruiting SEMH Support Assistants to work within specialist settings across Portsmouth.

The Role:

• Supporting students with SEMH needs
• Assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
• Building positive relationships with pupils
• Supporting classroom engagement and wellbeing
• Promoting a safe and nurturing learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with children or vulnerable young people
• Be patient, resilient and adaptable
• Have strong behaviour management skills
• Be passionate about inclusion and support
• Work effectively as part of a team
