Immediate Start
£45k - £60k Annual
Full-Time
The Opportunity
This isn't just a step up - it's a move into a role where you take full ownership of a night operation.
We're working with a major UK fleet operator who need a Workshop Supervisor to lead from the front, keep standards high, and ensure vehicles are turned around efficiently and safely.
If you've been a senior technician carrying responsibility without the title or the pay - this is where that changes.

Ability to lead a team, make decisions, and keep operations moving
Confident dealing with technical challenges and prioritising workload
Why This Role
Step into a leadership position within a stable, high-volume fleet operation
Work in a structured environment where your decisions directly impact performance
Clear progression pathway into senior operational or management roles
👉 Ex-military candidates (REME / vehicle mechanics) with leadership experience are strongly encouraged to apply
