An IT support company are looking for a motivated individual to join their team.
The Cyber & Network Support Technician will play a key role in supporting clients with first‑line technical issues, basic cyber‑security tasks, and routine network troubleshooting. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who want to build a long-term career in IT infrastructure and security.
KEY DUTIES
* Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, including diagnosing and resolving common faults
* Support cyber‑security monitoring tasks, identifying potential vulnerabilities and escalating risks
* Assist in routine network troubleshooting, configuration, and securing of devices and systems
* Support the implementation of cyber‑security best practices to protect systems and data from unauthorised access
* Carry out basic cybersecurity testing and document findings
* Log and document all support activities in line with internal processes.
* Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues when required.
* Provide excellent customer service to internal and external users.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Strong problem‑solving and diagnostic skills.
* Clear communication skills
