Location - Glasgow, Scotland (onsite)

Salary – up to £50k

Copello has partnered with an established Defence Engineering business, who are looking for an experienced SHE professional, working across complex build and support activities. This position is playing a key role in driving Safety, Health and Environmental standards across operation and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the development and maintenance of SHE management systems and processes

* Provide competent SHE advice to operational and project stakeholders

* Drive improvements in SHE performance and risk controls

* Conduct assurance and compliance activities across programmes and sites

* Contribute to continuous improvement and SHE change initiatives

* Promote strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams

Experience Required

* A recognised Level 5 (or above) SHE qualification such as NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent

* Previous experience operating within complex engineering, manufacturing or highly regulated environments

* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

* Ability to support organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives

* Good understanding of SHE legislation, compliance and assurance activities
