M&E Quantity Surveyor - Manchester (£55,000-£70,000)

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team and support the delivery of mechanical and electrical packages across a range of Manchester projects. This role is ideal for someone confident in cost management who's ready to take ownership of key commercial duties and progress within a high‑performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Cost reporting - Prepare detailed cost plans, forecasts, and financial updates.
Measurement & BOQs - Produce accurate quantities and tender documentation.
Procurement - Assess subcontractor quotations and lead tender analyses.
Valuations & variations - Manage monthly valuations, change control, and variation assessments.
Contract administration - Oversee NEC/JCT documentation and ensure commercial compliance.
Stakeholder coordination - Work closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to support smooth project delivery.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with M&E exposure.
Strong understanding of building services and commercial processes.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
Proactive, organised, and confident managing commercial responsibilities.
