Our client is a well-established and forward-thinking organisation looking to recruit a Procurement Support to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with procurement experience and strong IT skills who is keen to play a key role in improving systems, driving efficiencies, and supporting fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing procurement activities, including sourcing and supplier coordination
* Supporting fleet operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and workflows
* Driving automation initiatives (e.g., reducing manual tasks through system solutions)
* Working with tools such as Continuum, Light, and Excel to manage data and reporting
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity across systems
* Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and fleet functions

You will ideally have:
* Previous experience within a procurement or purchasing role
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and systems usage
* A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and efficiency
* Experience identifying and implementing automation or system improvements
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
* A willingness to learn and develop within fleet management
