Electro-Mechanical Fitter – Team Leader

Rugby

£40,000 – £45,000

Mon–Thurs 7:30–16:00 - Fri 7:30–13:30

We’re supporting a well-established engineering business in Rugby who are looking to appoint an experienced Electro-Mechanical Fitter ready to step into a Team Leader role.

This is a hands-on position working on rotating machinery, offering a genuine opportunity to take the next step in your career.

The Role

* Strip, inspect and rebuild AC/DC motors and rotating machinery

* Work from mechanical and electrical drawings

* Carry out testing and fault finding

* Complete job reports and inspection documentation

* Ensure high standards and first-time fix

* Support and guide a small team within the workshop

* Drive H&S, quality and housekeeping standards

* Help manage workloads and project deadlines

What They’re Looking For

* NVQ / C&G in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)

* Strong electro-mechanical experience

* Background with motors, gearboxes or rotating equipment

* Someone ready to step into a leadership role

* Good attention to detail and quality standards
