Falcon Green is partnering with a leading international principal contractor to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Lead, the successful candidate will oversee all commercial aspects of major projects while managing both a PQS and an AQS within the team.

The data centre sector continues to be one of the fastest-growing areas within construction, making this an excellent time to join the industry. With significant investment and focus being placed on this client’s data centre division, the role presents a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to accelerate their progression towards Commercial Management.

The company has secured a strong pipeline of work over the coming years, delivering projects for some of the most prestigious clients in the industry. An experienced and established site team is already in place, providing the expertise and support needed to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing all commercial and surveying activities across projects

* Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial reports

* Overseeing budgets and commercial functions on major schemes

* Cost management and control

* Preparing tenders and procuring subcontractors and materials

* Working closely with production and technical teams

* Attending project and commercial meetings

Requirements:

* 3–5 years’ experience at PQS level or above

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, PQS teams, design teams, and supply chain partners

* Previous residential or major project experience preferred

* Proven stability and longevity within previous roles
