Looking for a fast-paced sales role where no two days are the same?

Our client, a highly respected and growing engineering business, is looking for a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to join their successful UK & Ireland sales team.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting sales growth, managing customer enquiries, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

As Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales team and helping drive business growth by managing enquiries, qualifying leads, maintaining CRM records, and identifying new opportunities.

Based in the SK23 area.

You'll be the vital link between customers and the sales team - ensuring no opportunity is missed.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing and updating the CRM system daily
Following up inbound and outbound sales enquiries
Qualifying leads and identifying sales opportunities
Building strong relationships with prospective customers
Arranging appointments and supporting the wider sales team
Conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities
Researching potential clients and decision-makers
Maintaining accurate pipeline and customer records
Supporting reporting and sales performance analysis

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in sales support, sales coordination, customer service, or business development
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Proactive, motivated, and commercially aware
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up leads
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Monday - Thursday 08:30-17:00 | Friday 08:30-12:30
