I'm writing to get in touch to see if you have an interest in assisting Local Authorities country-wide with in-house Highway Infrastructure Delivery.
Local Authorities' requests have recently come out seeking specialist Project/Programme Managers in form of contractual basis to oversee Highway (Complex) Infrastructure Schemes through Planning, detailed Design and Construction.
Expertise in delivering under NEC4 ECC Options, A, B or C is greatly appreciated. As well as having expertise in managing Tier 1 Contractors.
If any of these positions above are of interest, I'd welcome a CV and am happy to add you to my records and have an initial chat. Following this, my clients propose potential requirements for the above country-wide.
