Handback Administrator / Data Controller
Contract Type: Temporary 12 Weeks

About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail‑driven Handback Administrator / Data Controller to support our PFI Handback Programme. This is a key role responsible for managing contract and compliance data across multiple PFI sites, ensuring accuracy, security, and full contractual compliance as we prepare for handback. If you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and supporting complex operational programmes, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
*
Supporting the PFI Handback Programme — Working closely with the Head of PFI Handback to deliver programme objectives and maintain handback processes and tools.
*
Managing Contract & Compliance Data — Compiling, organising, and maintaining key data sets for multiple PFI contracts.
*
Conducting Data Gap Analysis — Identifying missing information and resolving discrepancies by liaising with site teams, contractors, and suppliers.
*
Ensuring Data Security — Filing and storing information correctly to maintain confidentiality and prevent security breaches.
*
Performing Quality Assurance Checks — Ensuring data accuracy and integrity through regular audits.
*
Preparing Reports — Producing clear, structured reports on data processing activities, highlighting risks and opportunities.
*
Supporting General Administration — Completing clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and document management.
*
Working Across Multiple Sites — Travelling to different locations and collaborating with various teams as needed.
