Exciting Opportunities at a Brand-New Nursery in Watford!

We are delighted to announce the opening of our brand-new nursery in Watford, and we are now recruiting passionate, caring, and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced childcare professionals as well as motivated individuals looking to progress their career within early years education.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:
• Early Years Practitioner – £29,000
• Room Leader – £31,000
• Third in Charge – £34,000

All positions are full-time, working 5 days per week across 40 hours.

As a new nursery, we are looking for dedicated team members who are passionate about providing high-quality childcare and creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Every early years practitioner within our nursery will play a key role in supporting children’s development, building strong relationships with families, and contributing to a positive team culture.

The successful early years practitioner will be confident in supporting children through the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), planning engaging activities, and ensuring children’s individual needs are met. Our room leaders will support and guide each early years practitioner within their rooms, ensuring excellent standards of care, learning, and safeguarding are maintained at all times. We value every early years practitioner within our team and believe in creating a supportive workplace where staff feel respected, appreciated, and encouraged to develop professionally.
