About the Role:
As a Machine Operative, you’ll be at the heart of our production process—setting up and operating machinery, working closely with the production team, and ensuring every product meets the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll be a key player in maintaining smooth, efficient production, with a sharp eye on food safety, allergen control, and health and safety regulations.

Working Hours:

Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Afternoon shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

Set up and operate machinery and equipment, including metal detectors, to pack our delicious sauces in various formats.

Work alongside Production Cooks to ensure the packing line is ready on time to keep product quality at its best.

Follow daily production plans to meet output targets and maintain consistent product quality.

Conduct quality and traceability checks to ensure every product meets strict standards.

Ensure 100% allergen control and prevent cross-contamination risks.

Identify and fix minor machinery issues, escalating when needed.

Coordinate supplies with the warehouse team to keep production running smoothly.

Support training and induction of new team members and agency workers.

Play an active role in health, safety, and food safety compliance.

Assist during audits and high-profile visits, showcasing our commitment to excellence.

Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Management teams to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential certifications: Food Safety Level 2, HACCP Level 2, Allergen Awareness, Chemical Awareness, and PPT.

Desirable: FLT license, mechanical engineering skills, first aid qualification, and 1-2 years’ experience in food or FMCG production.

Confidence using SAP, Applied Principles, and new technologies.

Strong communication skills and a team player attitude.

Commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.
