We're recruiting for multiple Site Managers to join a major residential-led development in Beaconsfield, delivering a large-scale multi-block scheme valued at circa £50m. The project consists of 4 interlinked concrete frame blocks across the residential, student accommodation, and later living sectors, with a construction programme running through to August 2027. We're looking for strong internal-focused Site Managers to oversee first fix and finishing works across the scheme, managing all associated internal trades and driving quality and programme throughout delivery.

Responsibilities

Managing internal packages from first fix through to final finishes
Coordinating finishing and fit-out trades across multiple floors/areas
Driving programme, quality, and H&S on site
Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to spec
Working closely with the wider project and construction team Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager on large residential or mixed-use schemes
Strong internals / finishing experience essential
Experience working on concrete frame developments
Residential, student accommodation, or later living experience preferred
