Aztrum is delighted to be working with an Award – Winning Practice, based in Milton Keynes. As my client look to expand, they are excited to bring expertise to new projects and partnerships within the Residential, Commercial, Retail and Healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:
Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client needs, aesthetic goals, and functional requirements.
Oversee projects from initial brief through to completion, including site visits, managing timelines, and ensuring projects stay within budget.
Work closely with internal teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.
Present design concepts, provide updates, and address feedback from clients to ensure their vision is fully realized.
Advanced design tools and software using ArchiCAD.
Incorporate sustainable building practices into designs, ensuring environmentally responsible solutions in all projects.Qualifications for this Architect role:
Experience within the large scale sectors.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Licensed Architect.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
