Quantity Surveyor

We are actively building a network of experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyors to support a range of upcoming and ongoing civil engineering projects across London and the surrounding areas.

We partner with a number of reputable Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors delivering works across sectors including:

* Groundworks

* RC Frames

* Piling

* Highways

* Rail

* Utilities

* Infrastructure & public realm

With a strong pipeline of work developing, we are keen to connect with commercially astute QS professionals for future assignments.

What we’re looking for:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within UK civils projects

* Strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT forms of contract

* Experience managing subcontract packages, valuations, and variations

* Ability to produce accurate cost reporting and forecasts

* Confident working closely with operational teams and clients

* Degree-qualified or equivalent experience preferred

Typical contract details:

* Freelance / self-employed / CIS options available

* Day rates dependent on experience, project, and level of responsibility

* Opportunities range from QS through to Senior QS level

* Sites and offices across London and the Home Counties
