We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy main dealership in Northampton
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician seeking to advance their career within a reputable organisation. The Vehicle Technician role offers a professional workshop environment equipped with modern tools and diagnostic technology, providing an ideal setting for technical development and progression.
Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of £33,650 with a realistic OTE of £39,500
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Overtime available on Saturdays
Ongoing manufacturer and technical training to enhance skills

Staff discounts and additional employee benefitsDuties of a Vehicle Technician:
Performing servicing, maintenance, and repair work in accordance with manufacturer standards
Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
Completing warranty repairs and general mechanical work
Conducting vehicle health checks and identifying further work as necessary
Accurately completing job cards and workshop documentation
Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and productivityRequirements:
Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician (IMI, NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
Proven workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
MOT licence preferred but not essential
Positive attitude with great attention to detail
