You will play a key role in supporting the coordination and delivery of projects across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, commercial and residential.
Working as part of an experienced MEP team, you will contribute to the production of high-quality models and drawings, supporting design integration and ensuring the successful delivery of coordinated building services solutions.
The Role
Produce and coordinate Revit models across a range of building services projects, supporting efficient digital delivery.
Support BIM workflows and the production of high-quality technical drawings and project information.
Assist with model management, coordination and data integrity, ensuring consistency across project deliverables.
Work closely with engineers, consultants and wider project teams to support collaborative design and coordination.
Contribute to the delivery of multidisciplinary BIM projects, supporting integration across all disciplines.
Maintain and uphold BIM standards, model quality and best practices throughout project lifecycles.What They're Looking For
Proven experience as a BIM Technician within building services or MEP environments.
Strong proficiency in Revit, with the ability to produce and coordinate detailed models.
Minimum 5 years' experience working in Revit on live projects.
Solid understanding of technical coordination and BIM processes.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within collaborative project teams.
High attention to detail, with a focus on model accuracy and quality.
Experience working on MEP / building services projects within consultancy or contractor environments would be highly advantageous.Why Apply?
