Are you an organised and proactive Learning & Development professional with strong data and systems skills? Would you like to work for a Not for Profit organisation that makes a real difference to people's lives? Are you available for a temp role for around 4 weeks, possibly longer? If so, this could be the role for you. There is an hourly rate of £12.71 and benefits including free parking, pension scheme and holiday pay.

What will you be doing as a Learning and Development Advisor?

Working collaboratively within the Learning & Development team, you will provide a varied mix of administration, systems and training support duties including:

Maintaining accurate staff training records using databases and Microsoft systems
Producing training and compliance reports to support scheduling and planning
Supporting the onboarding process for new starters
Updating starters and leavers across training systems
Monitoring mandatory and statutory training completion
Highlighting any missing or incomplete training to managers
Supporting staff with access to training systems and e-learning
Assisting with the planning, booking and coordination of training sessions and workshops
Managing bookings and maintaining the L&D calendar
Supporting the wider team with general administration dutiesWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Previous administration, L&D, HR or data-focused experience
Experience working with databases, systems and reporting
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
A professional approach to work with a positive attitude
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable analysing and working with data
Strong communication and organisational skills
