Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Operative
Location: HU3 Area, Hull
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm or 5am-1pm(40 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent (for the right candidate)
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established food manufacturing company based in the HU3 area. This role is within a frozen food production environment; however, the factory is maintained at a comfortable working temperature thanks to specialist equipment, providing a clean and pleasant working environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Operative looking for a long-term position with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
Ensuring all products meet required food safety and quality standards
Completing and maintaining accurate QA documentation and paperwork
Product testing- hourly
Monitoring hygiene and compliance with company procedures
Reporting any issues or non-conformances to management
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role, ideally within food manufacturing
Strong attention to detail
Ability to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
Good understanding of food safety and quality standards
Reliable and able to work as part of a team
