Health & Safety Consultant – Manufacturing
Dorset (On-Site) | £450–£500 per day | Outside IR35 | 6-Month Contract

We are supporting a well-established manufacturing business in Dorset in the search for an experienced Health & Safety Consultant to join them on an initial 6-month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within a busy engineering/manufacturing environment, reviewing current H&S arrangements, supporting key priorities, and driving continuous improvement across the site.

What we’re looking for:

Strong Health & Safety experience within manufacturing or engineering
NEBOSH Diploma / Level 6 qualified (preferred)
Proven ability to improve H&S culture, compliance, and processes
Hands-on, proactive approach with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
The Opportunity:

£450–£500 per day
Outside IR35
Immediate impact role with autonomy and visibility
On-site role based in Dorset
Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension
