Actio Recruitment is supporting a well‑established engineering company in Kings Langley as they look to add a Mechanical Production Operative to their team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with a steady approach, good workshop discipline and strong attention to detail.
The Role
You will work across a range of mechanical production tasks, including:

Mechanical sub‑assembly following drawings and build instructions
*
Finishing and de‑burring of components
*
Visual and dimensional inspection of parts
*
Preparing and packing items for despatch
The Person
The ideal candidate will bring:

Experience in mechanical assembly or production work
*
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
*
Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and build documentation
*
A reliable, team‑focused attitude
