Aqua-Tech currently have an exciting opportunity available for MEICA Project Engineers to join a leading engineering contractor delivering projects across the UK water and wastewater sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for engineers with experience in mechanical, electrical or civil engineering to work on a range of infrastructure projects from design through to commissioning and handover.
The Role:
• Support the delivery of water and wastewater projects
• Coordinate engineering activities across design, construction and commissioning
• Work closely with clients, suppliers and site teams
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Manage technical documentation and support project planning activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within the water industry
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical and/or civil engineering systems
• Knowledge of water treatment processes, pumping systems and WIMES standards
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• HNC/HND or Degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Full UK driving licence
